Himachal weather forecast says that there are more turns in store for the state in the coming days. As predicted, Himachal Pradesh will see another spell of rain and snowfall, especially on February 11 and 14; February 15 and 16 will also bring more snow and showers in a number of regions across the state.
The current wave of cold has led to more than 600 roads getting shut for traffic in the state; all the schools would also stay shut till February 13 as locals stay affected by the severe cold. Traffic has also been hit in the upper reaches of Shimla, notably in Mashobara and Sanjauli. A number of public transport buses had to be diverted via Dhaami-Basantpur towards Rampur, Kinnaur and Karsog.
Travellers are advised to exercise caution while making any travel plans, even as the mountains look more irresistible than ever under snow.
