This desert oasis is visited as much by the local population as by the tourists so be ready to see lots of people enjoying the communal bath. Sometimes it is difficult to even find space for oneself but the experience is totally worth it.
The sound of these gushing springs reverberates all through the hills above the Dead Sea. The sound of bubbling water is the sound most heard here. While driving around in the area, it’s not unusual to come across stray green patches of vegetation and on deeper probing discover steam and a spring of hot water close by.
