A protected marine area known internationally for its surfeit of fantastic diving and snorkelling sites, Banana Reef is a photographer’s delight. The name, as is apparent to the visitor comes from its elliptical shape –extends 300 meters from north to south. The reef is teeming with marine life, ranging from the common napoleon wrasse and moray eels to the rare bannerfish. Featuring several caves, overhangs, and dramatic cliffs, it’s a great place for photo-ops.
