Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center

Another recent addition to Chiang Mai’s shopping scene, Maya Lifestsyle Shopping Mall is conveniently situated at the northern end of Nimmanhaemin Road, a popular dining and entertainment street on the west side of Chiang Mai. The futuristic-looking mall doesn’t boast of many of the common stores you’d expect but focuses more on creating different experiences for shoppers to enjoy and be entertained by, such as a new, high end cinema, plenty of dining options, a game room, fitness center and some of the city’s only rooftop bars and clubs. Known as “Nimman Hill”, the rooftop of the shopping center features five different restaurants and bars perfectly positioned to watch the sun go down behind Doi Suthep mountain and snag panoramic views of the city. For a special night out, try Myst Molecular Gastronomy Bar and Restaurant known for its inventive and eye catching drinks. Other popular spots within the shopping complex are C.A.M.P Creative and Meeting Place, a great hangout and community work space for students and digital nomads, and Rimping Supermarket, a local grocery store known for its high quality produce, bakery and imported goods – if you’re missing foods from home you can find almost anything here!
