Although this gallery has been a local’s favourite for more than the last three decades, it also attracts travellers from all parts mainly because of its collection. The most interesting part about this gallery’s collection is that it focusses on the latest and the most innovative works of art done by artists globally. Named after the Greek demon Medusa, the gallery has been designed in such a way that it subtly throws hints at the avantgarde elements stored within the space. The exhibits include the various forms of popular art including contemporary paintings, sculptures, installations and photography. The collection includes artworks by renowned artists like Takis, Mario Prassinos, Alexis Akrithakis and Harold Ever among others.
