If you are interesting in arts or the crafts and dream of possessing anything from a handcrafted bed side lamp to a hand embroidered spun sari or kurta, an ornately sculpted statue for the garden or a marble stand with inlay work, this is your one stop shop, rather cottage.
This is the largest and the most well stocked outlet, offering every possible, every imaginable item that can be crafted, fashioned, designed, painted, woven, sculpted, assembled by hand, spread across five sprawling floors.
You have exquisite sculptures, paintings, artifacts, metal ware, woodcraft, pottery, stoneware and marble craft, silver, furniture and furnishings, carpets, jewellery, herbal products, to name a few.
At one of the seasonal festivals of the emporium, it is very usual to see exclusive craft items being put on display by the crafts persons themselves. Find out more of the process of production from the horse’s mouth. Often, these items take months if not years to make- a miniature jewellery box that has handcrafted sandalwood figurines inside could take anything from eight to twenty eight months to make and purchasing from the producer can be an experience in itself.
You could also catch folk dancers outside the building performing with their troupe of musicians to add that extra to the shopping experience.
