When Tablu opened in Jaipur, it was a unique concept that started a trend of roof-top resto-bars that still hasn't abated... Rooftop is the place to be.... Tablu, located on the eighth floor of Hotel Clarks Amer, is a world in itself with a blue and white theme, attractive seating arrangements, and excellent choice of music, drinks and snacks - so much so that you just might find yourself in close proximity to a local or visiting celebrity. The staff is easy-going but attentive and you can find enough comfortable seats to enjoy your drinks as you relax with friends.
The non-vegetarian platter is superb and just the thing to go with your Bloody Mary or single malt. The vegetarian selection is fairly exhaustive and newer items are introduced all the time. What makes Tablu even more charming and attractive are the art exhibitions and music programmes that are organized here on a regular basis during the tourist season. Added attractions are the splendid views of the city on three sides.
