Singapore Changi Airport is not just an airport where you go to take your flight but it is a destination in itself. With three active terminals T1, T2 and T3 and two upcoming terminals T4 and T5, it is one of the world’s busiest, most active and most admired airports. What is interesting about Changi Airport is that it is designed as a transit terminal, for long overlays between connecting flights. It entices passers-by with so many options that next time if they have to choose between various transit airports, they would definitely choose Changi, for they know that it would give enough options to them to take rest, to manage jet lag, to entertain themselves, to shop, to explore local and international cuisine and to even step out of the airport at no extra cost to get a taste of Singapore. The three terminals, well connected via sky train, are easy to navigate but in case you get lost, there is the iChangi app to guide you or there are touch screen information kiosks that will tell you where you are in the labyrinth of the giant airport. If that also does not work, then walk up to the information desk and the friendly staff will guide you to the desired place. They can even help you plan your transit time at Changi so that your overall experience is interesting.
