The Yoga Barn in Ubud is a Bali institution. This is the most famous and one of the most popular yoga schools in Bali that has become a Mecca for yogis, spiritual seekers and vegans. The Yoga Barn offers a huge array of classes that offer all styles of yoga for all levels, including classical hatha, vinyasa flow, power, pranayama, restorative, iyengar, yin & anusara yoga. Meditation, tai chi, acro yoga, sound medicine, kirtan and ecstatic dance and various other styles are taught here.
Due to the Yoga Barn’s popularity, class sizes can get pretty big so those who prefer a more intimate setting for their yoga practice may find the Yoga Barn a little overwhelming but it’s a great place to connect with Ubud’s thriving yoga community. Moreover, there is also a good spa and popular on site garden vegan café. The founders of The Yoga Barn also participate in Bali Spirit Festival which is an annual international week long event in March that offers yoga workshops, dance and music in Ubud.
