While Indian PM Narendra Modi has been quite a trailblazer when it comes to travelling, he will soon be donning an adventurer’s hat as well. Yes, and this time, PM Modi will be joining hands with the biggest adventurer of our time, THE Bear Grylls. Grylls (Edward Michael Grylls) is the man, who brought adventure, survival tricks and a lot of wilderness to our homes with the immensely popular TV series, Man Vs Wild. Read less
One look at the promo, and you can very well imagine the action that would be unfolding on our screens soon. The duo can be seen drifting on what looks like a makeshift raft in a river stream in the national park. As per an official statement, PM Modi has been and would further be emphasising on environment and wildlife conservation, through the show.
The announcement regarding the episode featuring Grylls and PM Modi was made soon after the latter released the 2018 tiger census report. It was further revealed that India has been recognised as “one of the safest habitats” in the world for the big cats. The announcement was made to mark the International Tiger Day (July 29).
