Prasenjit, who was very much passionate about theatre, had been a part of many projects and was known for his realistic acting. He was seen in a few television shows playing meaty roles. He was last seen in comedy-drama ‘Chuni Panna’. He played a cop in the show which starred Annwesha Hazra and

The actor met with an accident few months back and undergone a surgery on his leg. Later, he was diagnosed with jaundice. During the lockdown, the passionate actor kept himself busy with homebound plays.
