actor Jeetu Kamal

will play Ram.

Mimi is elated about the new project. The good looking actress, who became a sensation after playing Pupe in ‘Gaaner Oparey’, was giving the small screen a miss. She has been busy with her film projects and political career. Now fans can’t wait to see her playing Goddess Durga in the Mahalaya special show.

Actress Madhumita is also missing from the small screen. She has been busy with her web-based projects and other commitments. She was last seen in TV show ‘Kusum Dola’. Actor Rishi Kaushik played the lead role in the show. Aparajita Ghosh Das was also a part of the project which was quite a hit. She became a household name with the show ‘Bojhena Se Bojhena’, which also had actor Yash Dasgupta. The show was a smash hit and recently had a rerun during the lockdown.
