Ankita Majumder attends acting workshop classes

Ankita Majumder

, who has been in the Bengali television industry for quite some time now, and has also done a few films, recently attended an acting workshop. The workshop was conducted by theatre and film actress Daminee Benny Basu. The workshop was seven days long and was attended by around 15 people. Talking about her experience in the workshop, Ankita said, "This workshop was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. This workshop has changed my perception towards life now." , saw the presence of Alivia Sarkar, Devlina Kumar , Pujarni Ghosh, and many other theatre actresses. "I wanted to attend this workshop because I wanted to nurture and improve my skills as an actress. After completing this workshop, I have overcome all my inhibitions. In order to attend this workshop, I have cancelled many of my the upcoming works. I believe it is very necessary to upgrade and improve yourself as an actress and thus attending this workshop was of utmost importance to me," added Ankita. Currently the actress is not taking up any projects. She was last seen in the film, Kolkatay Kohinoor. And before that, she played a meaty role in the megaserial, Bhoomikanya, along with Sohini Sarkar and Anirban Bhattacharya. Ankita, who got married some months back, and also visited

for her honeymoon in the month of April with husband Soumitra Paul, is now spending quality time with him. She is open to any type of project that will give her a scope of showing off her acting chops.
