Bengali television serial ‘Teen Shaktir Aadhar-Trishul’ is going to end its journey soon. The multi-starrer show, which features Tumpa Ghosh, Sudipta Chakraborty and Debleena Dutt in prominent roles, is going to end its journey on Bengali television. Upcoming show ‘Indrani’ will replace the time slot.
Launched in August 2021, ‘Teen Shaktir Aadhar' narrates an interesting story that revolves around three sisters and their struggle. Sisters Durga, Tara and Kali belong to a family of weavers and stay at a village. Rajnandini, on the other hand, is a business tycoon who owns a big fashion label. She is rich, ambitious, powerful, and can go to any extent to win. She exploits poor weavers for her benefit but none dares to protest against her. But courageous Durga, Tara and their sister come forward and raise their voices against the oppression. Fate plays an interesting game when Durga and Tara both arrive at Rajnandini’s household as bahuranis.
The show managed to strike a chord with the audience because of its simple yet relatable storyline and powerful performance by the star cast. While popular actress Tumpa is playing the main protagonist, senior artist Debleena is playing Rajnandini’s character. She is every bit convincing as business tycoon Rajnandini. The show has actor Soumyadeep Mukherjee paired opposite Tumpa.
On the other hand, the upcoming show replacing 'Teen Shaktir Aadhar-Trishul' will star Ankitaa Chakraborty in the titular role.
