Here’s a sneak peek into Gourab Chatterjee-Devlina Kumar’s ‘Jamai Shashthi’ celebration

Keeping their tryst with food and festivities alive, Bhojon Rosik Bangali celebrated ‘Jamai Shashthi’, a tradition where the son-in-law gets a royal treatment from his in-laws. Following the tradition, Jamai Rajas of tinsel town enjoyed every bit of love, affection, attention and special treatment from ‘Shashuri Maa’. On Jamai Shashthi, ‘Khatirdaari’ isn’t complete without a full platter of authentic homemade food. Right from ‘Paanch rokomer bhaja’ (5 different fried items), ‘Machher muro’, traditional fish curry, to ‘Mishti’ and ‘Doi’-mother-in-law arranges a full course of mouth-watering dishes that can outshine any food from a five-star hotel.
