With only a month left for Durga Puja, the countdown has already begun. While ‘Bangalis’ all around the world are looking forward to celebrating the festival, television channels are also gearing up for Mahalaya special shows. Most of the channels have already finalised the cast for Mahalaya special shows and will soon start shooting. Meanwhile, actress Shreema Bhattacherjee and singer Aneek Dhar shot for ‘Agamani’ special show which will be aired prior to Mahalaya. The team had a gala time during the shoot and here's a glimpse…

The team recently shot for the special show ‘Agamani Aradhana’. Shreema and Aneek teamed up as co-hosts. The cast and crew had a gala time during the rehearsal and final shoot.

This is the first time Shreema will be seen hosting a show. Speaking about her experience, the actress said, “I have hosted shows in school and neighbourhood but never got a chance to host a show on screen. I was all excited for the shoot." The actress, who has been a part of many television shows, has a film to her credit as well.

It will be a musical extravaganza. The show welcomed some of the renowned singers like Raghab Chatterjee, Aditi Munshi and others. They will take the audience to a soulful musical journey. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa winner Arkadeep Mishra will also be present along with some former contestants.

The makers took utmost care of the costume and the set. Shreema wore a beautiful traditional saree, teamed up with matching jewellery and garja on her hair. She looked stunning. Take a look...

“Right from the rehearsal to the final shooting, we had a fun time during the shoot. Though I met Aneek da several times before, this is the first time we had the opportunity to interact. We instantly bonded. The rest of the team was equally fun loving and we had a good time during the shoot,” she laughs while sharing.

Aneek and Shreema bonded during the shoot. The duo kept teasing each other in the make-up room and in between the shots. “We used to crack jokes in between the shoot and kept laughing. It was hard for the rest of the time to stop us. He treats me like his younger sister,” adds Shreema.

The entire team worked hard during the shoot. Speaking about the team’s effort, Shreema said, “Team Agamani Aradhana made my first show as a host really memorable. Krishnendu da, Susobhon da, Neel da and all others were really helpful. We became a family within a short span of time.”
