I'm a Celebrity...South Africa will not be returning to screens anytime soon after its finale, which turned out to be one of the most chaotic reality TV episodes in recent years.

The pre-recorded ITV show features former contestants from the long-running reality series. The series first aired in 2023. Myleene Klass, who was part of the 2006 season, won the title of Queen of the Jungle. The show made a comeback after a three-year gap and performed well in ratings. However, the makers currently have no plans to bring it back anytime soon.

According to a report in The Sun, the show will broadcast another all-stars version of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2029. Meanwhile, the regular season will return this November with a new set of contestants, as usual. The makers will be hoping for a non-controversial and smooth experience after the tense final of I'm a Celebrity...South Africa, which brought the contestants back together eight months after it was shot.

Hosts Ant and Dec had no choice but to intervene and take sides after being interrupted several times by Jimmy Bullard and David Haye. They questioned ITV about editing a fight Bullard had with Adam Thomas.

In the finale, Jimmy Bullard was seen repeatedly accusing Adam Thomas of being “abusive, aggressive and intimidating.” He also claimed that ITV did not show Thomas’s alleged use of offensive language in the broadcast.
