Kim Kardashian
says she wants to have another child but the doctors have warned her against it as there is a possibility of a high-risk pregnancy.
The 36-year-old reality star can be seen talking about trying for another baby in the new promo of "
Keeping Up With the Kardashians
", reported People magazine.
"I want my kids to have siblings, but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me," says Kardashian in the clip.

"I'm going to try to have one more baby," she tells sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
The video also shows her mother Kris Jenner warning her, "I don't want you to do something that would put you in danger".
Kardashian is already a mother to daughter North, three, and Saint, one, with rapper Kanye West.
