Lauren Graham, who shared a close bond with late-actor Matthew Perry, mourned his sudden demise and recalled memories with him. She even mentioned how Matthew Perry was very happy in the last year of his life.

The actress reflected on her friendship with the late actor, who died Oct. 28 at age 54. Further, she also recalled her on-screen chemistry with Chandler on Friends.

Lauren said, "No one made me laugh as hard. I mean, just tears streaming. There was just such joy in being around him and being his friend. And I'll say too, that this last year, he was so proud of the book he wrote and of how many people it touched, and it was a success that gave him a level of happiness that I hadn't seen in him for a really long time. So that's a nice memory."

She further wrote, "It's just a really tragic loss and he leaves his beautiful work behind and that's something to be thankful for, the Because I Said So actress expressed. And again, the book really meant something to him. So it was a really happy year for him."


Many close ones from the industry, co-stars and fans mourned his sudden demise. They are still in a deep state of shock after the passing away of Matt on October 28 by alleged drowning in his bathtub.

His Friends co-stars Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox also shared heartfelt messages for the late-actor recently.
