Megan Mullally is talking about her and husband Nick Offerman's choice not to have kids. In a recent podcast chat on Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald, Mullally, aged 65, mentioned that she and Offerman, aged 53, never felt a strong desire to have children. They met in 2000 and have been married since 2003. Mullally described this decision as the "last taboo" from her generation and shared that her mother, who "wanted to have literally 10 children," would have been "thrilled" if she had a child.

Mullally explained that financial challenges could make potential parents resentful if they can't afford to maintain their own lives and creativity while raising children. The Will & Grace star clarified that she isn't against children, even though she didn't start a family.

Mullally mentioned that she met Offerman when she was 41 and he was 30, so it felt a bit late for her to have kids. Despite trying the traditional way to have children, she mentioned, "It just wasn't meant to be." She also shared that Offerman "has never been traumatized" by their decision.
