Taylor Frankie Paul gets extended visitation rights for her son Ever, following her legal battle with Dakota Mortensen

She can spend time with Ever overnight every other weekend and one midday weekday, not overnight. However, Mortensen remains the custodial parent for holiday parent time.The judge has also shared comments on the restraining order between Paul and Mortensen, which prohibits them from making disparaging remarks and being within a minimum of 100 meters away from each other. The protection order has been extended for three years. Initially, Taylor Frankie Paul lost her access to her son after Dakota had filed a protective order against her, citing repeated abusive behavior. Taylor’s lawyers highlighted Dakota’s unemployed status with a criminal history and no family support in Utah, as per The Sun. Meanwhile, her attorney claimed she has lots of support and a house big enough for her three children. Paul was initially arrested in 2023 for an alleged domestic violence incident with Mortensen, where she was accused of throwing metal chairs at him while their 5-year-old daughter was in the room, per People. She pleaded guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault, while the other charges were dropped.
