Akshay Kumar dances in heels to Laal Pari for the first time despite being ‘scared’; Farah Khan impressed, says “Saari aurton ko salaam hai”
Akshay Kumar, who returned to television earlier this year to host Wheel of Fortune, recently bid farewell to the show as it came to an end. The finale episode was a mix of emotional moments and a laugh riot. For the finale episode,
Akshay Kumar welcomed Farah Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Bhumi Pednekar on the show. Several moments from the finale went viral on social media, including one where Akshay Kumar is seen dancing in high heels.
In the finale episode, Jacqueline and Bhumi were seen complaining about Akshay's scary pranks on them. Jacqueline gave him a fun challenge in return. She asked him to wear heels and dance for one minute. She added that if he stopped midway, he would have to transfer Rs 1 lakh to her.
Initially, Akshay refused to dance wearing heels and said, “Pagal hai kya main pehanu? moch voch aajayegi (Are you mad? What if I twist my ankle). I have never done it in my life, I am very scared man.”
Farah Khan pushed and motivated him to take on the challenge, and with Jacqueline Fernandez’s help, Akshay Kumar finally wore the heels. He then danced to his song Laal Pari from Housefull 4. He was even seen doing a few spins in the red heels.
Later, Farah and Bhumi Pednekar joined him. Farah also made him try some footwork, which he performed easily. After completing the one-minute challenge, Farah bowed down and clapped for him. She was very impressed with Akshay's attempt.
The heels ended up breaking, and Akshay Kumar said, "Saari aurton ko salaam hai, kaise pehante ho aap log (Salute to all the women. How do you manage to wear these?)."
Ever since the episode aired, the clip of Akshay Kumar dancing in heels has been going viral on social media. Many fans took to social media and praised Akshay for dancing in heels.
A user commented, “Akshay dancing with heels wasn’t in my 2026 bingo card.” Another one said, “All things aside, Akshay has never been insecure about his masculinity and we’ve got to appreciate that about him.” A netizen wrote, “This seems so much fun.” Another fan of the superstar added, “He can rock heels, he can rock a nose ring too. Truly an icon.” A comment read, “Akki is always such a sport.”
