Ankit Arora reflects on his dream role in Alif Laila; says ‘I consider myself fortunate’
With a career spanning over a decade, Ankit Arora has made a mark in the television industry with his diverse roles, Ankit reflects on his dream role in Alif Laila: a show that was unfortunately shelved due to the lockdown. Here's what he has to say:
Ankit says, "I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to play the protagonist in Alif Laila, a show that was a dream project for me".
"Playing the protagonist was a challenge and I was eager to take on, and I was excited to bring this iconic character to life. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, the show had to be shelved", Ankit revealed.
Despite the disappointment, Ankit remains grateful for the experience.
He added, "I'm grateful for the experience and the opportunity to have played such an iconic character, even if it was for a short time. It will always hold a special place in my heart".
Alif Laila marked Ankit's first protagonist role, making the experience even more significant for the actor.
Ankit Arora, currently seen as negative lead (Arsh Gujral) in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, has been active in the TV industry since 2008. He debuted with Ramayana as Lakshman and has since appeared in numerous shows like Jyoti, Phir Subah Hogi, Ek Ghar Banaunga, and more.
