Ankita Lokhande shares the secret behind her glowing skin; reveals she drinks saffron-infused magic water and takes vitamin C capsules
Ankita Lokhande, who is currently seen in Laughter Chefs season 2, is one of the beautiful actresses of Indian television. The actress has radiant skin and has maintained a fit body despite erratic shooting hours. Ankita, known for her radiant complexion and flawless skin, recently revealed the secret behind her natural glow. The actress appeared as a guest on Rubina Diliak's podcast and during a candid skincare confession, she shared that her daily routine includes drinking what she calls 'magic water' and taking a Vitamin C capsule.
While speaking with Rubina Dilaik, Ankita Lokhande opened up about her morning routine. She mentioned that every day, she sets up a large tray containing all the important ingredients and drinks she takes before eating her breakfast. She shared, "After I wake up, I start my day by consuming soaked methi seeds and dalchini water. Then I take a spoonful of a homemade mix made from ajwain, jeera, and saunf. Along with that, I take aloe vera, a clove of garlic, saffron-infused water, shilajeet water, and a Vitamin C capsule as part of my morning intake. I actually started consuming this after I woke up and this has brought a lot of changes in me."
Ankita shared that she begins her day by drinking around 1.5 to 2 liters of water. She noted that ever since she added these habits to her daily routine, she has noticed a remarkable improvement in her overall well-being.
She added, "After this I have a juice which consists of Beetroot, coconut water, different types of seeds soaked overnight which I consume and I make sure Vicky also has it. This is very important because even if you are not able to follow everything throughout the day, your morning routine helps you. This has helped my skin and health a lot. My sleep cycle has also improved because of these practices. You start feeling good about yourself."
Ankita went on to talk about spiritual well-being and about her special "magic water" ritual. The actress stores water with saffron in a silver glass and places it in sunlight while standing on her balcony, allowing the water to absorb natural energy. She revealed, "I give energy to that water. I talk just positively and then I drink it. That's how I start my day. It's amazing. You have to do nothing. Just talk to that water. Give thanks to the universe. It's such an amazing feeling, I'm getting goosebumps."
Rubina was quite impressed by Ankita’s unique approach and the wellness ritual she follows. She even mentioned that she's considering adopting it as part of her own daily routine.
Ankita further spoke about how she dedicates half an hour every morning to prayer. During this time, she recites the Ram Raksha Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa, Sankatmochan, and Bajrang Baan as part of her spiritual practice. She says, "I go for my shower, after I come back, half an hour is dedicated to my god. That half an hour is just me and my god. I recite the Ram Raksha Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa, Sankatmochan, and Bajrang Baan. I keep water there as well and charge that water by keeping it near the temple and I drink that water throughout the day."
