Anupamaa actor Shivam Khajuria expresses heartfelt gratitude on Guru Purnima; pays tribute to his guiding lights
On the occasion of Guru Purnima, Anupamaa actor Shivam Khajuria took a moment to reflect on the mentors and guiding forces who have shaped his journey, both personally and professionally. “With every step I take in life, I am reminded of those who’ve lit the way for me,” Shivam shared. “The women in my family have been my constant strength — their love, resilience, and unwavering support have grounded me through every high and low.”
Professionally, Shivam expressed deep respect for the individuals who have mentored him across different stages of his career. “I’ve been fortunate to learn from some truly incredible people in this industry — Romesh sir, Abhay sir, Rajan sir, Bhim bhai, Sunand sir, and Deepak sir from Mann Sundar. Each of them has left an imprint on my journey, and I carry their teachings with gratitude.”
Shivam also shared a personal spiritual note, adding, “Above all, I bow to Hanuman ji, my guide and protector, whose energy and blessings I feel every single day. His presence gives me courage, clarity, and purpose.”

Shivam Khajuria began his acting career with the show Molkki, where he played the role of Naveen. However, the turning point in his career came with the TV show, Mann Sundar, in which he portrayed the lead character Nihar Goyal. In 2023, Shivam took up a grey-shaded character in Kumkum Bhagya, but later he made an exit from the show due to creative differences. He soon joined the cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, playing the role of Rohit Poddar, Armaan’s younger brother and Ruhi’s husband—an important step forward in his acting journey. Presently, he is seen in Anupamaa as Prem "Tiku" Kothari, further expanding his presence in the television industry.
