The latest episode of Anupamaa begins with Anupamaa signing the divorce papers first. She passes over the papers to
Vanraj
for him to sign on it. Vanraj is still hesitant. The judge re-confirms if they want to take the divorce. Anupamaa says "yes". Vanraj signs the paper and they are declared "divorced".
Samar informs the family that they've got divorced.
Kavya overhears and cries out of happiness. Anupamaa addresses Vanraj as Mr. Shah instead of "Toshu ke papa", which leaves him shocked. She hands over her 'mangalsutra' to him. Anupamaa clicks a selfie with Vanraj for remembrance. She asks him to leave her alone for 10 minutes.
Elsewhere, Kavya clicks a happy selfie. Dr. Advait reaches Ahmedabad and meets Vanraj to give him moral support. Vanraj gives Anupamaa her medicine. Anupamaa tells Vanraj that he's 25 years late. Anupamaa tells Vanraj that she will always respect him.
Vanraj avoids Kavya's phone calls. Finally, he picks up and she overhears the waiter getting food. She asks him if he's gone on a date with Anupamaa after divorce. Vanraj tells Anupamaa that he did not want to give her divorce but he gave because he was a bad husband and for the first time she asked for something from him.
Vanraj tells Anupamaa that he'll be with her until her health becomes better. Anupamaa says their paths are different now. Dr. Advait receives Anupamaa's reports and it isn't good news for her.
