‘Anupamaa’ March 26 written update: Anupama gets fired from her job because of Rossi

The episode starts with Anupama and Jaya heading back home from the hotel. The security guards refuse to check Jaya’s bag, which makes Rossi smirk. As Anupama reaches home, she finds that Digvijay has baked cookies for them and written her a thank-you note. She has flashbacks of the woman who was bothering him in the hotel.

Gautam announces that he cannot work with the Kotharis

At the Kothari mansion, Gautam tells Vasundhara that he cannot work with them anymore. He cites that Rahi’s behaviour toward him is too much to handle and that he feels disrespected. Gautam threatens to take Pranshi away from the house and gives the file to Vasundhara. He also comments on how Mahi has been influenced against him by everyone else.





Vasundhara, in turn, warns Gautam about Prerna’s accusations. She tells him that while she does not trust Prerna, if her accusations are proven right, there will be no one worse than her. She tells him that her respect in society is also on the line.

Anupama finds the stolen necklace

Back at Savi Villa, when Anupama goes through Jaya’s bag, she finds the necklace stolen from the hotel. This shocks her as she wonders how Jaya had it. Just then, Banku tells Anupama that the police are there for her. Anupama clarifies everything, stating that she is not a thief and does not know how the necklace got into Jaya’s bag.

The police tell her she needs to come to the police station because the manager and the necklace's owner are waiting for her. At the station, Anupama tells everyone that she did not steal the necklace. She says that even if the police had never come to her home, she would have returned the necklace. The owner of the necklace comments on why she should believe her, leaving Anupama shocked.

Rossi also comes there and shares that she saw Anupama steal the necklace with her own eyes. Anupama says Rossi is lying, to which Rossi replies that she made Jaya steal it for her. While the owner of the necklace does not file a complaint, Anupama is fired from her job at the hotel.

At the Kothari house, Mahi gets afraid seeing Gautam and tries to leave. He, however, grabs her and comments that it is his right as a husband to be near her. Mahi tries to scream but Gautam threatens her, telling her he will ruin her life if she says anything to anyone.
