Archana Puran Singh asks Avneet Kaur about her experience meeting Tom Cruise; she reveals, “It was magical”

Archana Puran Singh, who often keeps fans entertained with her vlogs on her YouTube channel, recently met Avneet Kaur and Shantanu Maheshwari. She, along with Parmeet Sethi and sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan, was seen enjoying some fun time together. Archana also asked Avneet about her experience meeting Hollywood star Tom Cruise.






Archana recently shared a vlog where she was seen enjoying quality time with family. Later, she invited Avneet and Shantanu for lunch. The family congratulated them on their new movie and later asked Avneet about her experience meeting Hollywood star Tom Cruise.



Avneet revealed that it was a “magical” experience for her and that Tom Cruise even recognised her. She shared, “It was magical for me. I couldn’t believe the fact that he recognised me. Not just that, he knew where I come from, what I do and more. He even knew that I’m a dancer.”


Archana shared, “When I came to Mumbai to learn acting, I got a serial where I was supposed to not just act but also do comedy. There was a scene where I was expected to be funny, and I started making faces. The director stopped me and said that making faces is not comedy. He told me to watch others and learn what real comedy is. I watched my work, analysed it, and learnt from it.”


She further said, “Everyone thinks I’m always laughing, but they don’t know what I’ve been through. When I first came to Mumbai, I didn’t know how to dress. I was educated, but I didn’t know style. When I saw how life in Mumbai looked, I went back to Dehradun and told my dad that I wanted to become an actress. My father then sent me with his friend and their daughter to Mumbai with one suitcase. It was a suitcase full of dreams. But that family friend returned to Dehradun in just one week.”
