Are Meera Deosthale and Karam Rajpal joining Bigg Boss 18?

As the launch of the 18th season of Bigg Boss approaches, several names are being speculated for participation. Among the latest are Meera Deosthale and Karam Rajpal. We hear the two have had a few meetings with the makers. However, both are yet to sign on the dotted line.

A source from the show’s team informs us, “We have been approaching Meera for a few years now. She was almost finalised for the season that aired in 2020. However, the deal fell through due to budget issues. We are hoping to lock the deal with her for the upcoming season. Karam would also be an interesting addition to the show’s line-up.”

On the work front, Karam Rajpal was last seen in Qayaamat Se Qayaamat Tak. The actor has been part of several shows such as Hamari Saas Leela, Parichay, Kya Huaa Tera Vaad, Rakshak, Nadaan Parindey, Mere Angne Mein, Naamkarann, Qayamat Ki Raat, Musakan, Gudiya Hamari Sabhi Pe Bhari, and Rang Jaun Tere Rang Mein.

Meera, who became a household name as Chakor in Udann, has also featured in daily soaps like Sasural Simar Ka, Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls, Vidya, and Gud Se Meetha Ishq. She was last seen in Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai.

As reported by us exclusively, Shehzada Dhami, Nyrraa Banerji, Chaahat Pandey, and Avinash Mishra have already been finalised for the 18th season of the reality show.




A Look Back: The 17th season of Bigg Boss was won by Munawar Faruqui, with Abhishek Kumar as the first runner-up. Prior to that, rapper MC Stan emerged as the winner in the 16th season, while Shiv Thakare claimed the runner-up spot. Tejasswi Prakash won the 15th season of the reality show, with Pratik Sehajpal finishing in second place. The 14th season was won by Rubina Dilaik, with Rahul Vaidya as the first runner-up.
