Aradhana Sharma, who is currently seen in the TV show Suhagan Chudail shares how she has realised the importance of her mental health. In a chat the actress tells us how she has started focusing more on the positives than the negatives and has resolved to forgive people.

She said further, “For me, mental fitness is very important. As I grow older, I realise how crucial your physical and mental well-being is. I used to be affected a lot by negative situations in my life. I would cry and take small things to heart, get stressed and used to worry a lot. But, in the past few years, I've made a conscious effort not to take things to heart and stopped expecting too much from people.” Aradhana added, "Human beings are bound to make mistakes. We are all humans, and so I've started forgiving people."

Aradhana enjoys meeting her close friends and watching shows like Friends whenever she feels low or upset. She said, "I meet a few close friends regularly and talk to my mom. I watch comedy TV shows, they help in de-stressing me.” The actress also shared her mantra to stay fit. She said, “I eat lots of veggies and drink water a lot. I keep moving a lot and enjoy cycling, cardio exercises and dancing.”

On the work front, Aradhana shares more about her role in Suhagan Chudail. She said, "My character name is Rachna and her character is powerful and impactful. I enjoy working with Nia Sharma. It's a blessing to be part of this project. I don't mind doing a small role in a good show that has interesting content."
