Ashnoor Kaur: I would like to be gifted a Barbie doll

TV actors from various shows on new channel PAL share their plans and thoughts on Children’s Day
Ashnoor Kaur as Najma in Tum Saath Ho Jabh Apne: I will celebrate the day by playing tennis with my reel mother, cousins and my neighbours on set. And If I am given a holiday, I will do nothing at all. I would like to be gifted a Barbie doll or a kitchen set.I am sure my parents have planned something special for me on the day.

Preeti Chaudhary as Sonia in Ek Rishta Aisa Bhi: Kids are our hope for a better future. The day was celebrated with great pomp and show in my school. I play the elder sister on my show, who guides her sisters at every juncture of their life. In fact, on many occasions, I have guided them in real life, too.
Siddharth Arora as Bhoj in Singhasan Battisi: My character Raja Bhoj is so kind-hearted that I am sure every day must have been a Children’s Day in his era. As a child, it was fun to go to school without books to celebrate Bal Divas. On this day, I want to wish all children and elders, as there is a child in each one of us.
Navi Bhangu as Arjun in Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai: It is a day to remember Jawaharlal Nehru and his love for children. We used to celebrate it by participating in cultural programmes. My character Arjun too, nurtures a child in him, albeit a spoilt one! My message to all the kids is to enjoy this phase of your life to the fullest.
Pariva Pranati as Amrita in Hamari Sister Didi: They say, ‘Children are the living messages we send to a time we will not see’. As a kid, there were so many lessons to learn, so much to see, so much to capture and so much to achieve. This Children’s Day, I am planning a surprise for the kids on my show.
