He gained recognition through plays like Tarun Turk, Mhatare Ark, and Nati Goti. In Hindi television, he was a familiar face, appearing in shows such as R. K. Laxman Ki Duniya, Comedy Circus, Badi Door Se Aaye Hai, and Comedy Nights with Kapil. His comedic timing and versatility made him a favourite among audiences in both the Hindi and Marathi entertainment spaces.
After battling cancer for years, Parchure had taken a break from acting. However, he made a triumphant return to the screen with the Marathi film Alibaba Aani Chalishitale Chor, which was well-received by critics and fans alike.
