Terence is enjoying his stint judging the young talent. He shares, "It has been more than a decade since I did choreography in any Bollywood film. I won't do anything if I cannot add value to it or justify it. Now, I'm well settled as a judge on Indian television. For me, this is the best job I could ask for. I'm thankful that the makers showed their confidence in me and that I could be a part of the talent hunt."

He further adds, "I enjoy being a judge on a reality show the most as I connect directly with people who are passionate about their craft. I not only get to judge them but also get an opportunity to nurture young talents and become a part of their journey." Terence started dancing at a young age and often people used to make fun of his love for dancing. He was even called as 'nachaniya'. On being called a 'nachaniya' by trolls he shares, "Dance has always been my passion and will always remain special to me. I'm a performer and never let such things affect me. I just focus on my dreams and work hard for what I want, and I have achieved it."
