Bidaai fame Sara Khan and Krish Pathak kick-star wedding festivities with haldi ceremony; actress radiates in yellow lehenga
Bidaai fame Sara Khan and Krish Pathak, who got married in a court marriage set-up on October 6, are finally tying the knot in a traditional manner. The couple's wedding festivities have kick-started with haldi ceremony.
Sara and Krish were seen dancing their hearts out at their shagun ki haldi. For the haldi ceremony, Sara was seen glowing in a beautiful yellow-hued lehenga with a full-sleeve blouse and a chiffon dupatta. She completed her outfit with a floral maang teeka, a statement necklace, and coordinating earrings. Her makeup had a soft, glowing finish, and she styled her hair in a braid decorated with a paranda.
Several videos from the haldi ceremony are doing the rounds on social media where the couple can be seen having a gala time and enjoying with their family and friends.
In one of the videos, Sara and her groom, Krish are seen seated in a beautiful flower-shaped setup. The couple's friends, family, and colleagues are seen applying haldi to them. For the haldi, Sara's groom Krish wore a yellow kurta paired with white pants, fitting perfectly with the ceremony’s vibe.
Sara and Krish fans are loving all the photos and videos that are coming from the haldi ceremony. Sara's radiant bridal glow is visible.
For the uninitiated, Sara and Krish got married in a court-marriage ceremony in October in the presence of only family and close friends. While Sara Khan is a popular television actress and has been part of the industry for close to 15 years, Krish started his journey in 2016 with P.O.W. – Bandi Yuddh Ke. Krish Pathak is the son of popular actor Sunil Lahri, who played the role of 'Lakshman' in Ramanand Sagar's iconic mythological series 'Ramayan'.
In an interview with Bombay Times, Krish opened up about his love story with Sara, he said, "Ours is quite a Gen-Z story. Both of us were coming out of heartbreaks. I never saw myself as the marrying kind because I was raised by a single mother and didn’t grow up around the idea of marriage. Sara, on the other hand, had seen her parents’ strong bond and always wanted that kind of stability. When I came across her photo, I felt an instant pull. Meeting her changed everything, and I knew I didn’t want to let her go.”
