Bigg Boss 12: Shocking revelations made by evicted contestant Jasleen Matharu

Jasleen Matharu became an overnight sensation after she entered the Bigg Boss 12 house with veteran bhajan singer Anup Jalota. The aspiring singer, who walked into the house as his alleged girlfriend and also accepted their affair on national television, has now denied of dating the bhajan samrat ever. In an exclusive conversation with the TimesofIndia.com, Jasleen spoke about her relationship with Anup Jalota, her bonding with Sreesanth. She also stated that Deepak, Surbhi and Romil baby-sit Somi Khan in the house.

I have learnt a lot from my experience. I have become more independent and vocal. I have realised that you sometimes need to speak for yourself and take a stand. Before entering the house I used to ignore people when they spoke against me, but now I have learnt that sometime you need to be vocal.

There was no confusion between Anup Jalota ji and me related to our relationship. It was a prank that when wrong. When he entered the stage he stated that I want to introduce my shishya (student). He has been my Guru, so when I joined him on stage I decided to play a prank and told Salman sir that we are in a relationship since last 3 years. I also said we are a couple, but I expected that Anup ji would react and it will end there on stage. But he did not and it got carried forward. Anupji must have been shocked about what I was saying and then Salman sir asked us to go inside the house. The prank never got cleared and people thought we were genuinely in a relationship. We had to pay a heavy price because of this prank and I realized this when I came back home. All my friends and family members told me how this became a huge issue and there are so many things written about me on the internet. It became very embarrassing for both of us and even for my parents.

It was not a publicity stunt. I don't think a girl would ever lie about such a thing. If I would have dated Anupji, my parents would have known about it. Anupji is Bhajan Samrat of our country and I can never use his name for such publicity. I did do it knowingly, it was just a joke which got carried forward. It became embarrassing.

Surbhi is playing a very dirty game because she is fake. Her behaviour changes time to time in the show. When she needs something from someone she becomes extra sweet and when her work is done and she realises that she doesn't need that person, Surbhi starts misbehaving with that person. She becomes so loud and goes out of control.

Rohit Suchanti and Deepak Thakur are the meanest contestants on the show. They don't really care about anyone's emotions. They go all out to insult anyone and don't really care what they are saying and to who. They have said such bad things about me which I don't want to repeat again. I just got to know sometime back that even commented about me saying that I am neither a woman, nor a man. I don't know what he meant, but Deepak I trusted so much and even tied a Rakhi to during in the show. It was very shocking for me to hear that, I never thought he could say such a thing about me.

Somi Khan is using people I feel. She has never got nominated because of this very reason. I have said this on the show also that Deepak, Surbhi and Romil are baby sitting Somi Khan in the house. Happy Club always saves her from nominations. She has been extra nice to people so that they don't nominate her. Surbhi, Deepak they sometimes don't care about themselves. Somi has also become so dependent on them. She has a very casual approach in all the tasks because she knows someone will save her. I feel Deepak, Surbhi and Romil are baby-sitting Somi Khan in the house.

Sreesanth is a very sweet and down to earth person. I have tied Rakhi to him before leaving the house. He is like a child at heart. He gets angry at little things and then cheers up also. He sometimes gets possessive about Dipika that she is my sister and she will not talk to anyone else. He is very cute. In fact, if anyone from the current lot who deserves to win it is Sreesanth. His patience level has grown in the game despite going through so many ups and downs. His journey has been very inspiring and he deserves to win.

Sreesath is very popular and it is very obvious that contestants like Surbhi Rana, Deepak Thakur, Rohit Suchanti became famous because of him. They knew that fighting with him will give them footage. That's why they kept targeting and instigating him. In fact, before coming out of the house Megha and I had a conversation with Deepak and Rohit that when you have such a knowledgable person with you in the show why don't you learn something from him. We told them instead of fighting, you should see how he has fought with all the odds in his life.

Dipika's journey has been wonderful, but I think Sreesanth will be the winner.

The way Salman sir hosts the show I don't think anyone else can do. He is a great mentor. Every weekend he teaches us something where we are going wrong. He makes us come out as a better person from the show.
