Bigg Boss 13's Hindustani Bhau aka Vikas Jayaram Phatak: All you need to know about the viral meme sensation

Hindustani Bhau aka Vikas Jayaram Phatak entered Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss 13 as a wild card entry after Rashami Desai, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shefali Baaga's eviction. Hindustani Bhau is a TikTok and YouTube star, who is known as the 'Pehli Fursat' guy.

He gained instant popularity after making controversial statements against people he thinks are anti-national.

He is popular for his expletives-filled videos and is also one of the most-memed guy over the internet. In all his videos, he is mostly seen sitting in a car and talking to the camera.

During his entry on Bigg Boss 13, while talking to Salman Khan, Vikas shared that he is a huge Sanjay Dutt fan and enacted few of his popular dialogues. He also gave the contestants nicknames such as chana masala (Mahira), dukhi aatma (Rashami), Teri wajan udhar bhajan (Shehnaz).

Inside the Bigg Boss 13 house, Hindustani Bhau has been entertaining the contestants with his one-liners and jokes. In fact, during his entry episode, host Salman Khan made him talk to his idol Sanjay Dutt over phone.

Hindustani Bhau has inked his son's name 'Aditya' on his right hand along with the symbol of stars. He also has a tattoo of Sai Baba on his left hand.

Bhau became famous due to his viral videos that came out in 2019. It had abusive words and was mostly targeted towards Pakistan and other YouTubers who spoke badly about India.

Apart from posting videos, Bhau works as a reporter at a local newspaper in Mumbai and has been awarded as the Best Chief Crime Reporter in 2011. He even runs an NGO in Mumbai.

During his interview with TOI, Hindustani Bhau aka Vikas, opened up about his strategy to survive in the house. He said, "I will try to be friends with everyone. Anyone who tries to go against me, you know my dialogue, 'Pehli fursat mein nikal'. I am not going into the BB house to fight and will try to be friends with everyone."
