From scaring everyone with her spooky avatar to giving her own full-form of MBBS; Rakhi Sawant’s bizarre yet entertaining antics
Rakhi Sawant is known for her bizarre acts and dramas not only on camera but also off-camera. The actress has established herself well enough in the industry, and her entertaining side has made the makers of Bigg Boss call her back in the show. No doubt she is giving full-on entertainment to the audience with her crazy antics inside the house. From her amusing revelations to her loony talks, she has made everyone go nuts. Here’s a list of few of her antics in Bigg Boss 14:
When she said ‘mundi todd diya’ in the duck task
Rakhi has a hilarious way of doing everything and that is how she performs the tasks too. During one of the captaincy tasks, when the contestants had to fight for the race of captaincy wearing a duck prop, Rakhi had cried because Nikki Tamboli had broken her duck’s head. “Mera mundi todd diya” she said, and everyone not just in the house but also the audience laughed their heads off at this. Rakhi had also stated, “Mera batakh marr gaya.”
Rakhi had also put this up in front of host Salman Khan in the Weekend Ka Vaar, and her unique style of delivering the story made him laugh too. Salman had said, “Agli baar se apni mundi pe kundi laga lena.”
This act of Rakhi had lightened up the whole situation in the show and the audience lauded her for the entertaining act.
When she asked Bigg Boss for ‘pao kilo dimag’
In yet another instance, when everyone mocked Rakhi saying that she doesn't have brains, she stood in front of the camera and pleaded with Bigg Boss to lend her some. ‘Mere paas dimag nahi hai, thoda pao kilo dimag do na Bigg Boss.”
Hearing this all the contestants had burst out laughing.
When she had put on the spooky avatar of Julie
A few episodes of Bigg Boss 14 saw Rakhi in a spooky avatar. She played a ghost named Julie, who haunts the Bigg Boss house. While Rakhi enacted being possessed by a ghost, all the housemates kept wondering if it was fake or real. Rakhi surely kept everyone in the house on their toes during her act. And once again she grabbed the headlines for ripping Rahul Mahajan’s dhoti during one of the tasks, in her Julie avatar.
When Rakhi claimed to have an MBBS degree
During one of the episodes, Rakhi while chatting with Rahul Vaidya and Aly Goni claimed that she has an MBBS degree from Canada. When both Rahul and Aly asked to tell them the full form of MBBS, Rakhi excused herself saying, that she wants to sneeze and will go out for that. She quickly went to the garden area and asked Abhinav Shukla for the full form. Not able to discover the right one, Rakhi told ‘Medical Medicines Bachelors of Science’ is the full form of MBBS and left both of them in splits.
Rakhi even gave Aly and Rahul some of her insights, on how potatoes are good for heart blockages and gastric problems too.
When she called Rahul Vaidya as his girlfriend Disha Parmar
On the day of her entry Rakhi prank called Rahul Vaidya who was still inside the Bigg Boss house and claimed to be his girlfriend Disha Parmar. Taking advantage of Rahul’s proposal to Disha, on national TV, Rakhi went ahead to refuse it, giving a reason that the solitaire ring that Rahul had offered her was fake. Surprisingly, Rahul had guessed that it wasn’t Disha but Rakhi Sawant.
When Rakhi revealed of stealing toiletries from hotels
After her introductory performance and in further talks with host Salman Khan before entering the house, Rakhi had revealed that she takes away all the toiletries that are offered to the guests in hotels. She had said that if we pay huge amount to stay at hotels why not make full use of the complimentary items.
When she was given a lifetime achievement award
During the new year celebrations, Rakhi Sawant received the lifetime achievement award and was made to sit on a golden commode. After which, addressing the toilet as a bank, she claimed that from then on she won’t flush after using the toilet and others would find her ‘jewels’ in there. And further added that they can even eat it if they want.
Her one-liners when she gets into arguments with Arshi Khan
Rakhi is at her humorous best whenever she gets into an argument with Arshi Khan. one of their best ones was when she called Arshi’s face as of the bat’s. When Arshi teased Rakhi saying she has “‘nevle’ jaisi shakal”, Rakhi replied, “Meri toh navele ki tarah hai, tumhari toh chamgadar jaisi hai ankhe naak sab kuch chamgadar jaise.”
When she confessed her love for Abhinav Shukla
In one of the latest episodes, Rakhi revealed about her feelings for co-contestant Abhinav Shukla. She was even seen calling him hot and comparing him with her husband, who has a potbelly. Rakhi further went ahead to say that she would like to be his girlfriend. Moreover, she stated that she would also like to lay her hands on Abhinav if he and Rubina get separated.
When she asked Abhinav Shukla to drape her sari
In the recent episode, Rakhi was stuck on getting her sari draped by Abhinav Shukla. Though Rubina offered to do that for her, she denied and said, “Tumhare pati karayenge abhi humko.” Finally when Abhinav went ahead to do that for her and talked about the worms being killed in the manufacturing of the silk sari, Rakhi was in a daze and asked, “Matlab ye sari vegetarian nahi hai.”
