On November 6, Rajiv Adatia said on X, "After seeing today's promo, I think Afreen needs to mind Coach Sara! #bb18" When discussing the commercial in context, it depicted Sara Arfeen having a breakdown inside the Bigg Boss 18 house. She lost her calm and began tossing objects after becoming enraged and emotional.
Sara Arfeen angrily stripped the bed sheets and discarded the pillows in the bedroom. Other roommates, notably Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang, attempted to halt and calm her down, but she was uncontrollable. She even removed her microphone and informed her husband, Arfeen, that she did not want to stay in this house.
The promo also showed her hurling objects at Vivian Dsena with great rage and ferocity. She also attempted a physical altercation with Avinash Mishra. Shrutika, Chum, and Shilpa held her back, while Arfeen interposed between them.
