Nehal Chudasama, who won hearts with her reality show journeys in Bigg Boss 19 and The 50, recently opened up about constantly dealing with criticism on social media. Nehal spoke to News18, where she mentioned how she doesn’t pay attention to trolls and has stopped feeling the need to explain herself to anyone anymore.Nehal shared, “One of the most difficult aspects of being on reality shows is that people often form opinions based on heavily edited moments without truly knowing the person behind them. I have always been someone who feels emotions deeply and reacts honestly, so being judged for a few clips or narratives was hurtful at times. However, with time, I understood that audiences only see a small fraction of who you are on screen. The people who genuinely know me understand my heart, my intentions, and the kind of person I am beyond television.”Nehal further opened up about her journey on The 50 and how it changed viewers’ perception of her. She said, “Participating in The 50 definitely made an emotional difference for me because people finally got to witness a more authentic and balanced side of my personality. They saw someone who is hardworking, emotionally strong, competitive, yet compassionate at the same time. I gave every task my complete dedication, and I never stayed silent whenever I felt women deserved support or respect. Seeing audiences connect with that version of me felt extremely healing because it reminded me that authenticity eventually reaches people, even if it takes time.”Sharing how she now deals with hate comments, she said, “What truly changed over time was consistency and authenticity. I stopped feeling the need to constantly explain myself and instead allowed my work and actions to speak for me. During The 50, I was not overthinking anything; I was simply being myself. Audiences today are very intelligent, and they can sense when someone is genuine. Gradually, people began noticing my resilience, my loyalty, and the fact that I never gave up despite criticism. At the same time, I also learned not to absorb every negative comment personally, which helped me grow emotionally.”On the work front, Nehal won hearts with her journeys on Bigg Boss 19, The 50, and more. She also enjoys a huge fan following on social media.
