Chhavi, who battled breast cancer in 2022, revealed that her treatment journey includes a 10-year hormone therapy regimen that comes with numerous side effects like hot flashes, cramping, mood swings, weight fluctuations, skin dryness, and hair loss. Highlighting the emotional impact of these changes, she wrote, "I cannot even begin to express what hair means to a woman. First, I fought to retain my breast, and now my hair. It’s all part of my womanhood."

Despite the challenges, the actress has remained strong, dedicating herself to healing and self-care. She addressed the troll directly in her post, pointing out that such negativity often stems from insecurity. "This person, like many others, must be extremely insecure to troll a cancer warrior for hair loss," she wrote. However, Chhavi chose compassion over anger, extending kindness and a prayer for her detractors, wishing them a healthy, troll-free life.

Chhavi also used the opportunity to inspire others by shifting the focus to her achievements. “Meanwhile, can we also stop and look at the fabulous body I’ve sculpted with my constant hard work and never-dying spirit? Yeah... 3 cheers to that!” she added, showcasing her determination to rise above criticism.

Her post has resonated with fans and followers, many of whom have praised her courage and positivity. Chhavi’s story serves as a powerful reminder of the strength required to face personal battles while handling unwarranted negativity with grace and dignity.
