COVID: Nupur Alankar and husband who were infected with Omicron and Delta test negative - Exclusive!

are finally heaving a sigh of relief. Both experts at Yoga which helped, had a bit of a rough time in the past week or so. ETimes TV has it that both tested positive for COVID; the actress contracted the Omicron while Alankar was down with the

Delta

variant.

It all began when Nupur suffered from a headache which did not have a let-up. She got herself tested and when the report came positive, Alankar called for the lab technician pronto.

Both quarantined themselves very well in their home. Confirming this, Nupur says, "Yes, Alankar and I had both tested positive for COVID very recently. Alankar had symptoms like fever for one. I took a lot of steam inhalation and drank kaadha. I quarantined myself for 13 days. We have recovered and the test has come negative now. It was a bit of a tough time no doubt but it is over now."

Added Nupur, "We also took a lot of rest during this period, which is so necessary."
