is someone who has done many shades on television and recently the beautiful actress bagged the role of a Begum in a show called

Akbar

Rakt Se Takt Tak.

where I was playing a dabbang police officer

. After Diya aur Baati's success I wanted to do something different, Akbar is very different in every manner firstly it's not a saas bahu show and secondly I wanted to do a show and a role which was equally challenging as Arpita's in

Diya Aur Baati

and but had some different edge to it."

Rishina's character Arpita Khanna had become immensely popular and she was acclaimed for the kind of work she had put out.

Rishina further adds,"I am playing

Hamida

who was Mallika-e- Hindustan and was

Humayun

's wife and later Akbar's mother. She was a dignified lady and after the death of her husband she took over the Mughal dynasty and was always on the move which she called siyasati daure (political tours)."

Rishina is going to donn a gorgeous avatar in the show. She adds,"My costume are totally opposite of what I wore in my last show our stylist has given me gorgeous looking Mughal lehenga and blouse with beautiful work and beautiful jewelry. After my makeup I look so elegant that one feels like the queen of the world."
