Diya Aur Baati Hum's Pooja Singh and Sasural Simar Ka 2's Karan Sharma are now married, watch

Karan Sharma and Pooja Singh tie the knot after just three months of knowing each other. Opting for a traditional North Indian style wedding, their marriage took place on March 30, with festivities commencing a day earlier on March 29th.

Karan Sharma, having separated from Tia Kar, and Pooja Singh, whose marriage to Kapil Chattani concluded a few years back, both maintained their belief in the sanctity of marriage.

Introduced by a mutual acquaintance around December, Karan and Pooja approached their relationship cautiously. Reflecting on the lessons from their previous marriages, they engaged in candid conversations before deciding to commit to each other. Karan, who ended his marriage with Tia in 2019 after three years, told BT, “It was a case of once bitten, twice shy for me. I wanted to settle down again but with the right person. I was open to an arranged match as well and met a few prospects. However, nothing clicked. Having had a past, Pooja and I had a lot of discussions about what not to repeat to make sure the relationship stayed healthy. We realised trust and truth were the key elements to a successful marriage, and we have vowed to always be honest with each other."

Karan Sharma has been lauded for his performances in various television series, notably "Sasural Simar Ka 2," "Udaariyaan," "Mohi," "Kala Teeka," "Ek Nayi Pehchaan," and "Pavitra Rishta." On the other hand, Pooja Singh has left her mark on projects such as "Banni Chow Home Delivery," "Diya Aur Baati Hum," "Aye Mere Humsafar," and "Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal."
