Exclusive - Anupamaa actress Ishita Dixit shares her birthday wish and goals she wants to achieve before next year; says 'I Want To Work More'
Ishita Dixit, who is currently being appreciated for her role as Pari in Anupamaa, is making a mark with her calm screen presence and relatable off-screen personality. While viewers are noticing her growing confidence on screen, birthday girl Ishita has opened up about what she wants from the year ahead in her personal life.
When asked about any goal she has set for herself before her next birthday, Ishita kept it very straightforward and honest. For her, it is more about health than appearance or outside pressure. She said, “I have one goal. I have to lose weight till next birthday. Not for anyone else, it's for my health. So yes, that is my target.”
Talking further about her birthday wish, Ishita shifted the focus back to her career and the people around her. For her, success is very closely tied to audience love and family happiness.
She shared, “I want to work more and keep getting love and appreciation from my fans. I hope they like every project I do. As an actor, my only wish is that they keep showering their love on me, as that's the reason I joined this industry. I became an actor because I want to make a name for myself here, and people appreciate my work. I'm ready to prove myself every day. Also, of course, I wish that my family stays happy and healthy always. That's most important.”
What stands out is how rooted she still is in her basics. Even while talking about work and goals, she keeps coming back to family and health without overthinking it. At a time when many celebrity statements feel carefully packaged, Ishita’s words sound quite direct and unfiltered. She comes across as someone who is still figuring things out as she goes along. However, she is clear that work, growth and the well-being of her family is what matters the most to her.
