Exclusive! Asmita Sood to tie the knot in the first week of February in Goa

Badtameez Dil actress Asmita Sood is all set to tie the knot with Gujarati businessman Siddh Mehta. Asmita got engaged to Siddh, who is from Rajkot last year in September. The actress will have a destination wedding in Goa in the first week of February.

A source close to the actress revealed the details. She said, "Asmita is getting married to Siddh in the first week of February in Goa. The wedding will be a close knit affair and only close friends and family members will be present. The wedding will be a two-day event with sangeet and cocktail party on the first day, and haldi and pheras on the second day. The actress' industry friends Zain Imam and Vidisha Srivastava are likely to attend the wedding."

We tried reaching the actress but she remained unavailable for comment.

Asmita, who was last seen in the TV show Janam Janam Ka Saath, has been in a relationship with Siddh for almost around a year-and-a-half and they met each other through common friends. They also worked together when Asmita organised a music festival. In an earlier interview, Asmita had shared details of the proposal in Prague. She said, "Siddh proposed with a beautiful ring when we were in Prague. He planned a surprise in a park while proposing. He told he wants to spend his life with me travelling around the world. I met him when I was organising a music festival. We became friends and realised that we had a lot in common. The wedding will happen soon and we are very happy."

Sharing more about her partner, Asmit had earlier shared, "Siddh has a very nice family and he has his own business in Rajkot. As of now haven't decided if I will move to Rajkot, post my wedding. I have found a very caring and loving in Siddh."
