Exclusive - Bigg Boss OTT 2's Falaq Naaz: Was very worried about my brother Sheezan, Jis moment par ek normal insaan ka emotional breakdown hota hai, I had to standup and fight

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 contestant Falaq Naaz, who entered the house on premiere night, spoke exclusively to ETimes TV before entering the house about her participation, how she will deal with fights and more. She further talked about how she dealt with a tough phase when her brother Sheezan Khan was sent to jail. Previously when I was offered the show I wasn’t mentally prepared to do it or to be under 24/7 surveillance but now I am prepared. I felt there is no harm being a part of the show if people get to know how I am in my personal life. I’ve gone through a lot in life and there are many things that we have gone through which everyone is not aware of. We have faced a lot but we never shared it with anyone. But this time as we are actors everyone got to see our hardships. After the incident I felt now I can face anything in life. For me love is friendship and family or brother, sister’s love. Right now I’m not interested in getting into a relationship, my priorities in life right now are very different. I’m mentally not prepared for it, but I’m a fun loving, extrovert person so definitely I’m going to make a lot of friends on the show. (Photo: Instagram)

Fights will happen in the show but I’ll always see how far the matter is going before getting into it. Agar log sach bolenge and I’ll feel hurt about it then I’ll obviously speak up. But there will be also times when I’ll not react at all so it depends upon the situation and kis baat ka mujhe kitna bura lag raha hai… if someone purposely pokes me to fight I will patiently handle the situation but kayi baar Sabar bhi kaam nahi aata… if someone crosses the line then I’ll give it back I’m not someone to listen and keep quiet. I am not scared of being judged on the show and I’m not scared of showing my flaws. I’m going to be mentally prepared to own my flaws rather than shying away from them. I want people to know how Falaq Naaz is in real life and accept me with my flaws. (Photo: Instagram)

I’m very happy for Sheezan that he has bagged a show. Mujhe apni itni fiqr nahi hai jitni uski thi (I was worried about him more than myself) I am relieved that he is working Ek Sukoon hai… Bigg Boss OTT came as a surprise for me and I’m very happy about it. I was not scared about Sheezan’s future as I know God is with us. I was worried about Sheezan, my mother and my younger brother. We are very attached to each other as a family and if anything happens to anyone of us, our family gets shaken. I had to be strong during the phase when Sheezan was going through all that I’m his sister and family. I don’t think I’ve done anything extraordinary. It was a very difficult period and it has made me mentally very strong. Jis moment par Ek normal insaan ka emotional breakdown hota hai, I had to standup and fight. Sheezan is very happy that I'm doing this show. He keeps saying "appi' you are going to rock on the show and calls me 'Sherni', woh bus itna he kehta rehta hai. He has been involved in everything since the very beginning. Be it my clothes, trails or selecting my outfits, photoshoots, he is involved in everything from Cape Town. He knows everything about my preparations. Whenever he is free he gives me a call, we speak on video call and connect. Now, when I'm going inside the house, my only worry would be how is he doing on the show. I know that he will do great and I've told him one thing that winning the trophy doesn't matter, you just enjoy the show, just give your heart and soul and 100 percent to the show. I don't think reality show is a place where you can fall in love. People who have fell in love on the show are the ones who knew each other from the outside world but due to the gap they couldn't connect more. This show made them connect again with each other again and got them closer. But I don't think it is possible to meet a stranger and fall in love or have a complete new relationship. Anyways OTT format is just for 6 weeks, mujhe nahi lagta 6 hafte mein pyaar hosakta hai, secondly people do get attracted to me, I'm that kind of a person, but I very rarely like someone. Mere mein sabko interest hoga but my expectations is very different and I don't think anyone can meet these expectations on a show like OTT. (Photo: Instagram)
