Ruhaanika Dhawan, who is just 15 years old, has bought herself a luxurious house in Mumbai. The young actress is excited about her new purchase and has shared it on her Instagram as well. Speaking to Bombay Times exclusively, Ruhaanika says, "Buying a house was on my list for a very long time and fulfilling that dream at the age of 15 is overwhelming and I feel great."
Talking about how her family saved money in the past few years for this house, she adds, "I told my family that I wanted to buy a house on my own. My parents always saved up the money I earned and invested it well. Even though I don't understand too much about investments, my mother made sure that the money I earned in the past was invested well. With the help of my parents, I have been able to buy this house."
It took a while to finalise the house, she reveals. "It wasn't easy to find a house that we wanted. For a year, we were just house hunting until we found this dream house. I am extremely grateful and thankful for this. I plan to do the interiors of my home on my own with the help of my mother."
Ruhaanika is currently in Class X and is gearing up for her board exams, which will start in February. She says, "We won't be moving in to our new house at least for a year. I have my boards next month and after that, we will start the interiors of the house, which I am sure will be time- consuming."
Ruhaanika has acted in shows like Mere Sai and Yeh Hai Chahatein. It was her role of Ruhi in the show Ye Hai Mohabbatein that made her a household name.
