Handsome actor Gurpreet Singh became a sensation after his character Sujal Garewal in Kahiin Toh Hoga went viral and became a household name. The actor, who has recently entered in the show Chand Jalne Laga, has been maintaining his fitness nicely and looks as young and fresh as he did before. As we all know, the acting profession is very demanding because the pressure to look good, healthy, and fit is very much there.

So how does Gurpreet manage to balance everything in showbiz? He says, "The acting gig is demanding, not just for nailing the roles but also keeping up with the whole 'look good, be healthy, stay fit' vibe. It's like juggling multiple characters at the same time and one of which is a fitness freak! But embracing the challenges and finding that sweet spot between self-care and character authenticity is all part of the game, and I have always believed in that.”




Sharing more details about his fitness mantra, Gurpreet says, “Alright, here's the inside scoop! Home-cooked goodness and sweating it out with simple home workouts. I'm all about that comfortable routine - no fancy gym memberships needed. Running for cardio keeps it interesting. Let's keep it real. Navigating the speedy pace of life while staying healthy is indeed a challenge. Personally, I've found a balance by embracing a vegetarian diet, including a variety of veggies, seeds, and nuts. No alcohol, but I'm all about that milk life. Keeping it simple and diverse is the key, making sure I get the nutrients without any fuss. And one should never forget that the toughest part of maintaining a fitness regime, in my experience, is consistency. Life gets busy, and staying committed to regular workouts can be challenging. Finding that balance between work, personal commitments, and making time for fitness requires constant effort and dedication. However, the rewards of a healthy lifestyle make the struggle worthwhile.”

In addition to maintaining physical fitness, Gurpreet recognizes the significance of mental well-being. He incorporates his favorite music and books into his routine, stating, "Balancing the mental fitness aspect amidst life's chaos! Alongside my daily music and reading regimen, meditation serves as my anchor. Plus, a good dose of laughter is essential – like a secret weapon in the arsenal of mental wellness."
