Exclusive- Mohammed Saud Mansuri on Eid ul Fitr: It is a beautiful time to reflect on the beauty of life and celebrate with family and faith
Actor Mohammed Saud Mansuri, who was previously seen in the mythological TV show, Shrimad Ramayan, feels Eid is an opportunity and celebration of gratitude.
He said, "Eid ul Fitr is one of the most joyous occasions for us, celebrated at the end of Ramadan. It marks a time of gratitude, charity, and unity with family and friends. Eid ul Fitr is a time to reflect on the blessings of Ramadan and spread joy with loved ones. It’s a time for family, friends, and communities to come together and share joy. The festival celebrates the accomplishment of an important obligation in Islam. Fasting is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. Therefore, it is a Muslim's duty to observe fasting and to complete this blessed month. It is a day to thank Allah SWT for the strength, privilege and opportunity to be able to fulfil this Holy month."
The actor is celebrating the occasion with his family and friends. He continued, "For the day, I make sure to be with my mother (Husna Mansuri) and brothers Abdul Vahid and Sahid. And we all enjoy the festival feast with our relatives and friends. I really enjoyed the celebrations. In the morning we go and offer special prayers. Charity is also a part of our Eid celebrations."
He concluded by sharing his Eid greetings. He added, "Eid is a beautiful time to reflect on the beauty of life, family, and faith. On this blessed day, may our faith be strengthened and hearts be filled with happiness. I wish the spirit of Eid fill our soul with peace and love that lasts a lifetime. Eid Mubarak!"
Earlier, during Ramadan, he spoke about celebrating the Islamic festival by observing the fast. While highlighting the importance, he shared, "As humans, we are susceptible to sin and transgression. Fasting teaches us to be pious, helping us restrain from worldly pleasures and focus on spiritual growth. The purpose of Ramadan is to establish a beautiful connection with Allah, The holy month is an opportunity where we believers can overcome vices, learn virtues, and earn Allah's blessings."
