Exclusive - Naagin 7's Eisha Singh reacts to engagement rumours with Avinash Mishra; says 'It was a shocker and saying my mom confirmed was bulls**t'

Eisha Singh, who is gearing up to return to fiction genre with the hit supernatural franchise Naagin 7, recently grabbed attention after rumours about her engagement to Avinash Mishra made headlines. The actress has now dismissed the reports as baseless and criticised those spreading the rumours.

Addressing the speculations, Eisha said, "Nahi ma’am, jab meri shaadi hogi toh sabko khud-ba-khud pata chal jaayega. Filhaal main apne career par poora dhyaan de rahi hoon. Abhi toh maine achha kaam karna shuru kiya hai, shaadi ke baare mein sochne ki umar bhi nahi lagti mujhe. Is waqt shaadi kyun karun? Aur jab bhi woh din aayega, main use kisi se chhupaungi nahi. (No, ma’am. Whenever I get married, everyone will know about it. Right now, I am completely focused on my work. Eisha, who shares a very close bond with Avinash Mishra and became good friends with him during their Bigg Boss 18 journey, was shocked by the speculations.

Reacting to the same, Eisha slammed those spreading the rumours, "It was a shocker for me. Rumours never actually shock me, I know I’m a public figure and people will discuss weird things about me. Even during Bigg Boss 18 there were rumours that I’ve paid 30 percent to be in Top 5. Itna nonsense kahan se leke aate hain log. People feel she is doing good in life, let’s drag her down. And top of that at this point you are dragging my mother into this and saying she has given a confirmation about my engagement. I think it is bulls**t. I want people to respect me and focus more on my work. Whenever there is an update on my personal life, I’ll not hide it, I will openly accept it. And engagement or getting engaged is a big news."
